Methods of the
Teacher I observed
I was only given the chance to observe Pak Maruf's class, and regardless of how many times I did it, I was able to become acquainted with his teaching style. He greeted the students immediately by entering the classroom, and the students responded. He began the period of instruction with an icebreaker, or what we call motivation in teaching, to get the students prepared for the discussion. Following motivation, recalling will occur. He proceeded by asking the students what they had discussed prior to that day, and then moved on to the major topic of the day. He talked using their first language, Bahasa Indonesia, as well as Javanese, their native language, the majority of the time. However, because he is an English teacher, he switches from English to train the students in the language every other time. He utilized simple English so that the students could understand. To keep students from falling asleep in class, he employed a technique that he would make them undertake an intellectual exercise. He will say something, and the students will either clap or smash their tables with their hands. He performed this for about 5 minutes, which was enough time to get the students engaged with the discussion once again. Furthermore, he radiated a cheerful and amusing attitude that made every student laugh and participate in class. This is one aspect of his teaching style that I admire. He can make the conversation more exciting by lightly interacting with the students, cracking jokes at random phases, and motivating them to believe that they are capable of achieving it. I witnessed that he successfully integrated the three domains in his instruction. Through his strategies and techniques, he is not only improving the students' cognitive skills, but also fulfills the emotional domain and conducts psychomotor tasks to make the class entertaining and lively.
Learning materials and innovation
For a broader source of data or information concerning their subjects or lessons, the teachers used textbooks, papers, and searches on the internet. But with regards to the students, they only used textbooks to serve as their basis about their lesson.

Sources of Learning and Technology
As previously stated in this portion, they continue to use books as one of their sources of information; yet, because everything can be searched on the internet, they get material from the internet. They also have wifi access at school, which makes it easier for them to perform research. They sometimes employed projectors or what they term LCD / LED that have been put in every classroom to present what they were discussing.
Authentic Assessment Used by the Teachers
They administer both pen and paper tests and performance tasks. Furthermore, they hand over paper works such as activities to complete at the end of the period and assignments to undertake at home.
